MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 Membership is open to all individuals and businesses involved in the events rental industry. 1.2 Applicants must complete the membership application form and provide all required information. 1.3 The association reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its discretion.

  1. Membership Fees

2.1 Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable. 2.2 Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of application or renewal. 2.3 Failure to pay membership fees will result in the suspension or termination of membership.

  1. Member Obligations

3.1 Members must adhere to the association’s code of conduct and professional standards. 3.2 Members are expected to actively participate in association activities and events. 3.3 Members must keep their contact information up to date with the association.

4.1 Members must conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times. 4.2 Members must respect the rights and opinions of other members. 4.3 Any behavior that damages the reputation of the association or its members will not be tolerated.

  1. Use of Association Resources

5.1 Members may use association resources, including the website, forums, and events, for legitimate business purposes. 5.2 Members must not use association resources for illegal or unethical activities.

  1. Confidentiality

6.1 Members must respect the confidentiality of information shared within the association. 6.2 Members must not disclose confidential information to non-members without permission.

  1. Termination of Membership

7.1 Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to the association. 7.2 The association reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms and conditions. 7.3 In the event of membership termination, no refund of membership fees will be provided.

  1. Amendments

8.1 The association reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 8.2 Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.

  1. Liability

9.1 The association is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by members as a result of their membership or participation in association activities.

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria

By applying for membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any amendments thereto.
